Good things to know
- How long does a gift take?
- Custom audio for kids takes 1-2 days, a storybook 2-3 days, a video or song 3-4 days, and the Complete Keepsake 4-5 days. Rush delivery is +$20 when capacity allows.
- How many revisions are included?
- One revision is included with every gift. Additional revisions are $10 each so we can keep turnaround times honest.
- What formats do I receive?
- Digital files: PDF for books, MP4 for videos, MP3 plus a cover image for songs, and MP3 plus a cover image for custom audio for kids.
- How good do my photos need to be?
- Phone photos are fine. Blurry, very dark, or heavily compressed screenshots are the only real problem - we tell you before production if something will not work.
