- How long does a gift take?
- An image gift takes 1-2 days, a storybook 2-3 days, a video or song 3-4 days, and the signature bundle 4-5 days. Rush delivery is +$20 when capacity allows.
- How many revisions are included?
- One revision is included with every gift. Additional revisions are $10 each so we can keep turnaround times honest.
- What formats do I receive?
- Digital files: PDF for books, MP4 for videos, MP3 plus a cover image for songs, and high-resolution PNG or JPG for image gifts.
- How good do my photos need to be?
- Phone photos are fine. Blurry, very dark, or heavily compressed screenshots are the only real problem - we tell you before production if something will not work.
- What happens to my photos and memories?
- Private by default. Your files and story are used only to produce your gift, are never published as an example without written permission, and images of children are never used publicly at all.
- Which languages do you work in?
- English and Vietnamese at launch. A bilingual version of any gift is a +$15 add-on.
- How do I pay?
- Payment will run through a secure provider at checkout. During this preview version, the personalization flow does not take payment or store files.
- How is the gift delivered?
- By email, as downloadable files and a private link you can forward to the recipient.
